Licence to use Guilloché Dial Studio

Guilloché Dial Studio gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and website for lawful dial design purposes. You may use Guilloché Dial Studio to create personal or commercial dial designs, subject to these terms and applicable law.

User content ownership

You retain all rights to the dial designs you create and the files you export from Guilloché Dial Studio, including SVG, DXF, STEP, STL, .xcs, PNG, and similar output files. Guilloché Dial Studio claims no ownership over your designs or exported files.

Fabrication disclaimer

Guilloché Dial Studio only generates design and CAD files. Guilloché Dial Studio does not manufacture, inspect, approve, or guarantee any part, material, machine setting, vendor result, or fabrication outcome.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating exported files before cutting, printing, machining, ordering, or using them, including dimensions, tolerances, clearances, materials, kerf, toolpaths, and machine compatibility. You are also solely responsible for your safety and for following all instructions, training, protective equipment requirements, and laws when operating tools or machinery.

Links to OSH Cut, SendCutSend, xTool, Bambu Lab, or other fabrication vendors open third-party services. Those services are not controlled by Guilloché Dial Studio and have their own terms, policies, prices, safety requirements, and support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Guilloché Dial Studio or the website to:

• Violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or create unlawful items.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Guilloché Dial Studio.

Guilloché Dial Studio intellectual property

Guilloché Dial Studio, dialstudio.app, the app, website, brand, interface, text, graphics, and software are owned by Guilloché Dial Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your limited licence to use Guilloché Dial Studio and your ownership of your own designs, all rights are reserved.

No warranty

Guilloché Dial Studio and the website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Guilloché Dial Studio and its owner, developers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, fabrication errors, machine damage, personal injury, business interruption, or costs of substitute goods or services arising from or related to your use of Guilloché Dial Studio, exported files, vendor links, or fabricated parts.

Changes to these terms

Guilloché Dial Studio may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Guilloché Dial Studio after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by the laws and courts chosen by the owner before publication.
